I am so glad you included Native Dancer. It's sort of obvious for you, with your Wayne connection and your jones for Brazil. But it sometimes astounds me that everyone doesn't realize, not that this album is so great or important, but that it will just make your life better every single time. Why wouldn't you choose to sit in that light?

Thank you, Michelle - I’m inspired to curate mine. I did one for my pops when he was near his departure and it helped him move on. I bet my playlist will have some of his. And thank you Brian Bacchus for hipping me here ;)

Good grace on this endeavor, Michelle! Starting on my list right away. Speak No Evil is on it. Native Dancer, too.

What a great idea and yes, you have to do your own. And what a lovely piece of writing. Thank you.

Terrific piece, Michelle, lots to contemplate as I prepare for my (almost) daily visit to the YMCA for an hour of group exercise ... Now, contemplating my playlist, where to start? Answer: Any start is a good start.

Yes! Turns out that making meaning of our lives is a life-long endeavor - and the soundtrack is just as essential as a good script and even more evocative. Congrats on launching this call that I expect will yield tons of response.

Interesting you start with Maria? We're huge fans. We just saw her again in concert with the Columbus Jazz Orchestra a couple weeks back. I'll add your name to my FB review. Then of course....Wayne.
